Welcome to Tattva, a sustainable initiative by Youth of India Foundation. By accessing or using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation & Returns Policy.
2. Use of Website
   This platform is for lawful purposes only.

You agree not to misuse the site by introducing malicious software or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

You shall not use Tattva’s content (text, images, product names) for commercial use without prior written permission.

3. Product Customization & Orders
   Customizations are subject to design approval.

Final product colors or textures may vary slightly due to natural materials like bamboo, jute, and cotton.

Bulk/customized orders may require additional lead time.

4. Pricing & Payment

We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without notice.

Payment must be completed for the order to be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   Orders are shipped within 3 working days.

Delivery may take 8–10 working days depending on customization.

Tracking is provided via email.

6. Cancellations & Returns
   Cancellation is allowed only within 1 day of ordering.

Post-production cancellations may incur partial refunds as per our Cancellation & Returns Policy.

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect items.

7. Intellectual Property
   All content, logos, images, product names, and materials are the intellectual property of Tattva / Youth of India Foundation and may not be used or reproduced without consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Tattva is not liable for delays due to external logistics, natural events, or errors beyond our control. Product usage is at the buyer’s discretion.
9. Modifications to Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
