  2. Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 working days.
  3. Delivery Timeline: Orders will be delivered within 8–10 working days, depending on the level of customisation.
  4. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy

  1. Within 1 Day: Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placement for a full refund.
  2. After Processing Begins: If cancelled after order processing, only 80% of the amount will be refunded.
  3. After Order is Made: If cancelled after the order is manufactured, a 20% refund will be issued.
  4. Before Delivery but After Manufacturing: No refund will be provided once the product is ready for dispatch.

Returns Policy

  1. Returns are accepted only if:
    The product is damaged, or
    There are shortcomings on our part (wrong product, quantity mismatch, etc.)
    To initiate a return, please contact us with supporting images within 48 hours of delivery.
